ALL FRESH SEAFOOD SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

All of our products are shipped overnight via FedEx or Ups from wherever they are harvested. We ship via FedEx Monday through Friday overnight in very special insulated containers with specially designed gel packs & insulated foam overnighted to ensure your order stays fresh for you up to 48 hours.  

 

All orders received Monday- Friday by 11:am EST are shipped Overnight (unless a specific delivery date is chosen) and generally arrive next day by noon, but can vary by zip code. 

All orders received after cut off will be shipped next day unless otherwise specified. Friday orders that do not designate a Saturday Delivery will be shipped Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Express shipping is not available for Sunday or Monday.

 

Please double check all addresses. There is a $15 change address fee after your order has been assigned a tracking number. Once a box has been picked up, it is possible we cannot change the address. If an address has to be changed, it will add a 1 day delay to the arrival of your shipment. We are not responsible for this delay.

We proactively track every shipment that is sent to ensure delivery within 48 hours on the customers behalf . (An added bonus of working with Hook to Fork.) We also 100% guarantee and stand behind our shipments. You will also be provided with a tracking number once the order has been placed, and you can track on either UPS or FedEx website.

To enjoy the “just-harvested” flavor of our exotic products, we recommend you prepare them as soon as possible. If you do not plan to prepare your H2F selection within 2 days of delivery, you may wish to freeze it upon arrival.

We have a great system that’s easy to understand. Orders placed that meet the order minimum are shipped overnight free through UPS or FedEx. 

Orders less than the order minimum will incur an additional charge for shipping that varies depending on weight, and shipping zip code.

Yes. Our products are expertly packed to avoid spillage or odors and will maintain the appropriate temperature for up to 48 hours.

Hook to Fork utilizes a vast network of fishermen who we speak to daily. We know your fisherman by name.  We pride ourselves on being are able to provide details of catch methods, where and when the product was caught, supplied on request anytime. We work hard to bring “local” harvested items to everyone’s neighborhood utilizing our overnight shipping method. 

 

How do I see what products are available? 

Sign up for our weekly emailed pricelist to be the first to see what weekly specials we have. You are able to utilize the search function to search for specific items, or just view all we have to offer. Please keep in mind, that in order to meet order minimums, products need to be from the same shipping location.
