Our Vision

Our vision is to bring local ingredients from all over the world to the chefs nationwide. We utilize an aggressive overnight shipping program that functions to bring “local” ingredients to your doorstep. We believe in quality, sustainable real ingredients, and sourcing them sustainably for future generations to be able to enjoy.

Our Mission

Hook to Fork’s foundation is built upon 5 simple objectives. 

  1. We believe in supporting & preserving small independent restaurants nationwide by shortening the supply chain and minimizing the distance between harvest to plate. 
  2. We believe in being the vehicle for local economies to have access to nationwide exposure connecting chefs to farmers, ranchers, fisheries, and local small businesses.  
  3. We are not only a source for hard to find ingredients, we are a resource to add to your toolkit. We are your partner, not just your purveyor.
  4. Food is a love language. Treat it as such. We provide a personal touch. Because for us, it’s personal. This industry feeds our family. We take pride in providing ingredients for meals all over the country. 
  5. As former chefs, we know you don’t have time or patience for bullshit. Which is why we run a transparent business with all our partners.
